LA INVENCION PROPORCIONA UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE RECUPERACION DE ACIDO ASCORBICO A PARTIR DE UNA CARGA DE ALIMENTACION, QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS UN PRECURSOR DE ACIDO ASCORBICO. DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN CONVERTIR DICHO PRECURSOR EN AL MENOS UN PRODUCTO, SIENDO ESTE ACIDO ASCORBICO, EN UNA COMPOSICION DE AGENTE DE EXTRACCION ORGANICO. DICHA COMPOSICION COMPRENDE, COMO AGENTE DE EXTRACCION PRIMARIO, AL MENOS UNA ALQUIL AMINA SECUNDARIA O TERCIARIA, EN LA CUAL EL NUMERO AGREGADO DE ATOMOS DE CARBONO ES AL MENOS DE 20, QUE ES EL AGENTE DE EXTRACCION PROPIAMENTE DICHO Y, POR OTRA PARTE UN COMPUESTO POLAR FAVORECEDOR DE LA EXTRACCION. DICHA COMPOSICION DE AGENTE DE EXTRACCION COMPRENDE AL MENOS 2 MOLES DE DICHO COMPUESTO POLAR FAVORECEDOR DE LA EXTRACCION, POR UN MOL DE AGENTE DE EXTRACCION PRIMARIO. A CONTINUACION, SE SOMETE LA COMPOSICION DE AGENTE DE EXTRACCION ORGANICO QUE CONTIENE ACIDO ASCORBICO, A UNA OPERACION DE EXTRACCION CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA, A UNA TEMPERATURA AL MENOS 20 C SUPERIORA LA TEMPERATURA A LA CUAL SE LLEVA A CABO DICHA CONVERSION, CON LO QUE SE OBTIENE UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DE ACIDO ASCORBICO, EN LA CUAL LA CONCENTRACION DE ACIDO ASCORBICO ES SUPERIOR AL 5 %.
