Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MICELAS POLIMéRICAS MISTURADAS BIODEGRADáVEIS PARA DISTRIBUIçãO DE GENE"<D>. Uma micela polimérica misturada biodegradável usada para distribuir um ácido nucléio selecionado em uma célula hospedeira alvo contém um copolímero de poliéster-policátion anfifílico (12) e um copolímero de poliéster-açúcar anfifílico (18). O copolímero de poliéster-policátion (12) forma uma interação eletrostática com ácidos nucléios polianiónicos e o copolímero de poliéster-açúcar (18) direciona o complexo micela-ácido nucléio às células in vivo. Copolímeros adicionais com propriedades similares também podem ser incluídos. A composição melhora a eficiência de distribuição através do fornecimento de um veículo para o gene em particular para o qual tamanho de partícula e densidade de carga são facilmente controlados através de meios multi-variados. Vários tipos de ligantes e outros compostos funcionais também podem ser introduzidos usando-se a composição.
