Abstract

Patente de invenção <B>"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA A RETENçãO E CONDUçãO DE OBJETOS ALONGADOS"<D> A invenção se refere a um "anel isolante de borracha" divisível e selável, e a um processo para a retenção, guiagem, em particular condução de objetos alongados através dele, com a ajuda de um tal dispositivo divisível, selável. O dispositivo compreende uma seção de prensar e uma seção de conexão, as duas seções sendo interconectáveis de uma maneira impermeável a fluido através de superfícies de partição. A seção de conexão inclui uma porção de enrijecimento consistindo de um material sólido (rígido), tal como poliamida, o qual é circundada por um material flexível ou semiflexível, tal como EPDM/TPE. As superfícies de partição das duas metades desta seção de conexão podem ser interconectadas de uma maneira dimensionalmente estável (torsionalmente rígida) e de maneira impermeável a fluido. A circunferência externa da seção de conexão pode ser conectada de forma selante com uma abertura de parede. No processo inventivo, uma metade do anel isolante dividido é ocupada por um feixe de fios, após o que a outra metade do anel isolante dividido é conectada à primeira metade. Na área das seção de conexão, as duas metades são conectadas de uma maneira dimensionalmente estável ( torsionalmente rígida ) e impermeável a fluido.
