Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM ANTIBIóTICO BETA-LACTAMA"<D>. Processo para a preparação de um antibiótico ß-lactama em que um núcleo <225>-lactama é submetido a uma reação de acilação enzimática com a ajuda de um agente de acilação em uma relação molar de agente de acilação / núcleo ß-lactama de pelo menos 2,5, com o agente de acilação e/ou núcleo ß-lactama sendo supersaturado na mistura de reação durante pelo menos parte da reação de acilação. No processo, uma pasta fluida ou solução concentrada, por exemplo, do núcelo ß-lactama e/ou o agente de acilação com um diferente pH ou uma maior temperatura do que o pH ou temperatura em que a reação de acilação é realizada é adicionado para a mistura de reação durante a reação de acilação. Tanto o núcleo ß-lactama como o agente de acilação podem ser supersaturados na mistura de reação.
