Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO PARA LER A PARTIR DE OU ESCREVER PARA MEIOS DE GRAVAçãO óTICA TENDO DISPOSITIVOS DE IDENTIFICAçãO DE TIPO DE DISCO"<D>. Um dispositivo para leitura ou escrita em um meio de gravação ótica (4) com um dispositivo de reconhecimento de tipo de disco tem um dispositivo de varredura ótica (5) e um circuito de regulagem de foco (5, 28). O objetivo da invenção é prover um dispositivo deste tipo, o qual possa reconhecer de modo confiável em um tempo curto o tipo (Tn) do meio de gravação (4) inserido no dispositivo. Um outro objetivo na invenção é prover um processo correspondente. Esses objetivos são alcançados pelo fato do dispositivo de reconhecimento de tipo de disco compreender um gerador de sinal de espelho (13), um gerador de valor limite (12, 14), um contador (15) e uma unidade de avaliação (16). O processo mostrado é baseado na utilização de um valor de sinal de espelho (MIR) do dispositivo para reconhecimento do tipo de disco.
