Abstract

"ESTRUTURAS INDIVIDUAIS EM CAMADAS, CONTENDO MATERIAL PARTICULADO, E PROCESSOS PARA FABRICAR ESSAS ESTRUTURAS". A presente invenção refere-se a estruturas individuais em camadas, para uso em um artigo absorvente descartável, compreendendo um material particulado contido entre camadas contentoras, sendo que pelo menos uma das camadas é permeável a líquidos. A estrutura individual em camadas é cortada de uma estrutura maior e é unida ao longo de pelo menos parte do corte, e tem ainda superfícies terminais ao longo dos ditos cortes. A estrutura individual em camadas compreende pelo menos um emplastro de material aplicado ao longo de pelo menos parte das superfícies terminais, em que pelo menos um emplastro de material proporciona às camadas contentoras meios de união em pelo menos parte das superfícies terminais, onde ele é aplicado. A invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para fabricar as estruturas individuais em camadas, cortando-as de uma estrutura maior, e depois aplicando-lhes pelo menos um emplastro de material, aplicado em pelo menos parte das superfícies terminais formadas ao longo do corte.
