Abstract

"BASE MóVEL FORA DA COSTA" Uma base móvel fora da costa (10) é formada de várias unidades individuais de base única (12) que são unidas no mar para formar a base completa. A base completa (10) forma uma pista de decolagem e base suporte para aeronave com asa fixa e asa rotativa e também proporciona espaço para carga e transporte de equipamento e pessoal. As unidades de base única (12) são unidades similares semi-submersíveis que são unidas por articulações e/ou junções em U para formar a base completa móvel fora da costa (10). Cada unidade de base única (12) é auto propulsora e é também capaz de operações independentes em localizações amplamente separadas. Cada uma das unidades de base única é formada de cascos inferiores, colunas que estendem-se para cima a partir dos cascos inferiores e um casco superior preso nas colunas.
