Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA RODA DE VEìCULO EM UMA PEçA"<D>. Um aparelho e um método para produção de uma roda de veículo em uma peça são providos, nos quais uma pré-forma substancialmente em formato de disco sem rebaixo é fundida. Imediatamente após a fundição, a pré-forma é transportada até uma máquina de formação de fluxo, enquanto se mantém um calor residual e é fixada ali. A área circunferencial da pré-forma fixa é dividida e por meio de uma rotação subseq³ente e por uma formação de fluxo é construída como uma forma intermediária com um aro, a qual já tem substancialmente a espessura de parede do aro da roda de veículo acabada. A forma intermediária é resfriada, dimensionada e sofre um trabalho de acabamento final.
