Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE APLICAçãO DE UM PADRãO PREDETERMINADO SOBRE UM MEIO DE SUPORTE DE UM LETREIRO". Um processo e dispositivo para aplicação de um padrão (70) sobre um meio de suporte (2) de um letreiro, utilizando uma folha (17) compreendendo uma camada de padrão (18) e uma camada de suporte (73) com uma camada adesiva (74) unindo as mesmas, o dito padrão sendo cortado na camada de padrão da folha por meio de um dispositivo de corte controlado, após o que a folha é colocada sobre uma mesa de laminação (3) em um dispositivo de aplicação (1). De acordo com a invenção, uma travessa (21) é passada de maneira controlada sobre a folha colocada sobre a mesa de laminação, e um filme de transferência auto-adesivo (19), suprido de um rolo (20), sobre e em torno de um rolo de prensar (34) giratoriamente apoiado, em um dispositivo de prensar (32), é aplicado sob pressão sobre a folha. A camada de suporte e refugo da camada de padrão são removidos e as partes de padrão então remanescentes são colocadas em contato com o meio de suporte, com a camada adesiva das partes de padrão agora exposta. O rolo de prensar é, então, novamente passado sobre o filme de transferência, partes de padrão e meios de suporte, de modo que as partes de padrão são transferidas permanentemente para o dito meios de suporte, após o que o filme de transferência é removido do meio de suporte.
