Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"TENSOATIVOS PULMONARES E USOS TERAPêUTICOS, INCLUSIVE LAVAGEM PULMONAR"<D>. A presente invenção descreve moléculas de tensoativo úteis inclusive polipeptídeos, proteínas, e uma variedade de outras moléculas orgânicas, bem como métodos de fabricar e usar as mesmas. Além disso são descritas composições de tensoativos, inclusive composições de tenso-ativos lipossómicos. Também é descrita o uso das moléculas tensoativas da presente invenção em procedimentos de lavagens pulmonares para uma variedade de aplicações terapêuticas, inclusive o tratamento da síndrome da angústia respiratória; a remoção de exsudato inflamatório de tecidos do pulmão inflamado; e o tratamento da síndrome da aspiração de mecónio em bebês.
