"COMPOSIçãO DE GORDURA DESPEJáVEL E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR A MESMA". São obtidas composições de gordura desejáveis, providas com espessador tendo, tendo uma boa vida em prateleira, em recipiente fechado, se as composições tiverem as seguintes formulações: 0-45 por cento em peso de ervas, condimentos, amêndoas ou sementes; 5-60 por cento em peso de espessador, 0-5 por cento em peso de emulsificante; 0-10 por cento em peso de proteínas de leite; 0-10 por cento em peso de pó de gema de ovo; 1-10 por cento em peso de sal; 50-89 por cento em peso de mistura de gordura, compreendendo: (i) 90-99,8 por centro em peso de óleo líquido; (ii) 10-0,2 por cento em peso de gordura dura, que pode formar rede de cristal; 0-20 por cento em peso de composições flavorizantes.
