Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MATERIAL DE COMPóSITO EM CAMADAS PARA ELEMENTOS DESLIZANTES E PROCESSO PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO"<D>. é descrito um material de compósito em camadas e um processo para a sua preparação, que é adequado para locais de apoio, nos quais ocorram fricção de semifluido, o qual seja resistente à corrosão e conformável a frio, bem como suporte os mais elevados carregamentos. O processo prevê que o material de suporte seja aquecido previamente para uma temperatura de 1.000°C até 1.100°C, que seja fundida uma liga de mancal que se forma de maneira heterogênea, livre de chumbo, à base de cobre-zinco ou cobre-alumínio, com uma temperatura de 1.000°C até 1.250°C e que o material de compósito em camadas é resfriado dentro de 2 até 4 minutos, da temperatura de fusão da liga de mancal para 100°C. Entre a liga de mancal (3) e o material de suporte (1), está presente uma zona de ligação (2) metalúrgica, que apresenta 80-95% de ferro, impurezas usuais e, como restante, cobre, bem como está cristalizada de maneira cúbica.
