Veículo (15) que apresenta um compartimento de passageiro tendo um forro moldado (1) e um alto-falante (5) no compartimento de passageiro, caracterizado por um alto-falante na forma de painel (5) que apresenta um membro com capacidade de manter e propagar a energia vibratória mediante onde de flexão em pelo menos uma área operativa que se estende transversalmente da espessura para ter componentes de vibração de modo ressonante distribuídos sobre pelo menos uma dita área e que apresenta localizações ou locais preferenciais predeterminados dentro da dita área para dispositivos excitadores de vibração e tendo um excitador de vibração montado no dito membro em pelo menos uma das ditas localizações ou locais para vibrar o membro, de modo a fazer com que ele ressone, formando um irradiador acústico que apresenta uma saída acústica, quando da ressonância, e cujo irradiador é conectado ao forro ou integral como o mesmo.
