Abstract
"UNIDADE DE LâMINA PARA AGITAçãO DO TIPO DESCARGA". No sentido de melhorar as propriedades de absorção de gás em um tanque para mistura gás-líquido, a potência de agitação e o volume de aeração podem ser aumentados. Em uma escala comercial real, entretanto, tais medidas irão causar o aumento das dimensões do equipamento e o aumento da energia necessária. Assim sendo, não é tão fácil melhorar as propriedades de absorção de gás. Além disso, quando é operada uma unidade de lâmina para agitação desenvolvida recentemente, em uma escala comercial, a velocidade de rotação da unidade de lâmina precisa ser muito aumentada para se obter um determinado efeito de agitação. E, neste caso, aumentando a velocidade de rotação irá criar também outros problemas tais como a estrutura do equipamento que se torna complicada e aumentada (a unidade de lâmina não pode ser fixada facilmente no tanque de agitação). Em tais circunstâncias, é um objetivo da presente invenção tais problemas da tecnologia recente e proporcionar uma unidade de lâmina para mistura gás-líquido que possa absorver um gás de modo eficiente, bem como possa reduzir ambos, o custo de fabricação e o espaço para a instalação. No sentido de alcançar o objetivo acima, a unidade de lâmina para agitação da presente invenção é caracterizada por um cilindro perfurado 2 formado ao redor da lâmina interna de agitação 1 do tipo descarga, de modo a ser girado juntamente com o eixo do agitador. O índice numérico de abertura do cilindro perfurado é de 30 a 50%. A unidade de lâmina interna para agitação 1 utiliza uma unidade de lâmina para agitação do tipo descarga, usada para mistura gás-líquido em tanques de fermentação em geral. Deste modo, o fluxo gás-líquido descarregado da unidade de lâmina na direção horizontal se choca com toda a certeza com o cilindro perfurado formado ao redor da unidade de lâmina. Devido a esse choque do fluxo de gás-líquido contra o cilindro perfurado, a pressão do fluxo é alterada de modo significativo para dividir as bolhas de gás de tal modo que a propriedade de absorção de gás fica melhorada. A unidade de lâmina para agitação da presente invenção deverá ser portanto adequada para um mistura gás-líquido necessária para tanques de fermentação, aeração, reação (hidrogenação e oxidação), etc.
