Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"COMPOSTOS DE áCIDO PICOLìNICO 5-SUBSTITUìDO E PROCESSOS PARA A SUA PRODUçãO"<D>. A presente invenção proporciona compostos de ácido picolínico 5-substituído de fórmula (I) ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo: em que R^ 1^e R^ 2^ são independentemente H, C2- C6 acila ou benzoíla substituída por halo; e R^ 3^ é -C(O)O-C1-C6 alquila, C(O)OH, CN, CONH2. CONHCH3, CON(CH3)~ 2~, 1-metiltetrazol ou 2-metiltetrazol, desde que quando R^ 2^ é acetila e R^ 3^ é metoxicarbonila, R^ 1^ não é H; e quando R^ 3^ é CN, CONH2, CONHCH3, CON(CH3)2, 1-metiltetrazol ou 2-metiltereazol, R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são H. A presente invenção refere-se também a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo um composto da presente invenção, que é útil para o tratamento de doenças mediadas por IL-1 e TNF ou semelhantes. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para a produção de compostos de fórmula (I).
