Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"COMPONENTE ESTRUTURAL DE UMA LIGA DE ALUMìNIO FUNDIDA SOBRE PRESSãO"<D>. Para produzir um componente estrutural especialmente um componente de segurança na construção de veículos a partir de uma liga de alumínio por fundição sob pressão, a liga de alumínio será de tal modo escolhida que as exigências formuladas ao componente relativamente a resistência e ductilidade já são atendidas em estado fundido, eventualmente após um tratamento térmico em uma faixa de temperatura em 200 a 400°C porém sem recozimento de alta temperatura. Com um acréscimo de 0,05 a 0,3 % em peso de Vanádio a fundibilidade é aprimorada e é majorada a ductilidade e por uma seleção correspondente de temperatura e duração de um tratamento térmico subseq³ente poderá ser regulado um índice ótimo desejado entre elevada ductilidade e resistência. A liga de alumínio consiste também de no máximo 1,4 % em peso de Sílicio, máximo 0,8 % em peso de Ferro, 0,1 até 1,6 % em peso de Manganês, máximo 5,0 % em peso de Magnésio, máximo de 0,2 % de Titânio, máximo 0,1 % em peso de Zinco e impurezas, individualmente no máximo 0,02 % em peso ao todo no máximo 0,2 % em peso.
