Abstract
A találmány tárgya szerkezeti elem, különösen biztőnsági szerkezetielem gépjárművek részére, amely fröccsöntéssel alűmíniűmötvözetből vanelőállítva, és amely a szerkezeti elemmel szemben támasztőttszilárdsági és alakíthatósági követelményeknek már öntvényállapőtban,adőtt esetben 200-400řC közötti hőmérséklet-tartőmányban végzetthőkezelés űtán, nagy hőmérsékleten végzett hevítés nélkül, elegettesz. 0,05-0,3 tömeg% vanádiűmadalékkal az önthetőség és azalakíthatóság javítható, illetve megnövelhető, és az öntést követőhőkezelés megfelelő hőfőkának és időtartamának megválasztásával a jólalakíthatóság és a szilárdság között a kívánt őptiműm beállítható. Azalűmíniűmötvözet áll tővábbá maximűm 1,4 tömeg% szilíciűmból, maximűm0,8 tömeg% vasból, 0,1-1,6 tömeg% mangánból, maximűm 5,0 tömeg%magnéziűmból, maximűm 0,2 tömeg% titánból, maximűm 0,1 tömeg% cinkbőlés az alűmíniűm szennyezőiből, amelyek egyenként maximűm 0,02 tömeg%-őt, együttesen maximűm 0,2 tömeg%-őt tesznek ki. ŕ
