Abstract

<B>"MéTODO DE TINGIMENTO E SEU DISPOSITIVO A BAIXA TEMPERATURA, BAIXO ìNDICE DE BANHO, SEM TENSãO E DE CURTA DURAçãO, UTILIZANDO MICROONDAS"<D>. Compreende as etapas de: imersão dos produtos tingidos em um banho de solução tingimento, onde a quantidade de água é duas vezes maior que a dos produtos tingidos, os corantes dispersos são 1/1000 em relação aos produtos tingidos e a quantidade de agente dispersante é menor que 1/100 em relação aos corantes dispersos, tudo sendo misturado; e irradiação de microondas abaixo de 2450 MHz, para a produtos tingidos que são desidratados para terem aproximadamente 80% do peso da solução de tingimento dos produtos tingidos, de maneira a aquecê-los até aproximadamente 130°C e secá-los a aproximadamente 100°C; ou as etapas de: imersão contínua de tecido tingido em um banho com solução de tingimento, onde a quantidade de água é duas vezes maior que a dos produtos tingidos, os corantes dipersos são 1/100 em relação aos produtos tingidos e a quantidade de agente dispersante é menor que 1/100 em relação aos pigmentos dispersos, tudo sendo misturado; compressão e impregnação do tecido tingido por rolos compressores, antes de ser transportado à tinta para tingimento pelos rolos-guia; e irradiação de microondas abaixo de 2450 MHz no tecido tingido que gira, colocado em rolos, para ser aquecido e seco a aproximadamente 100~130°C. A seguir, o tecido tingido é seco e, então, empilhado por rolos-guia a Zona D. Aqui, a solução de tingimento suficiente para ser consumida é continuamente suprida no banho da Zona B.
