Abstract

''LáTEX PARA ADESãO DE FIBRAS''. Esta invenção se refere a um látex para utilização em composições adesivas para aglutinação de fibras sintéticas em borracha natural ou sintética. Essas redes podem ser produzidas a um custo reduzido e a utilização delas resulta em características de desempenho aperfeiçoadas. Essa invenção descreve, mais especificamente, um látex, que é particularmente útil para aderência de fibras sintéticas em borracha, que é compreendida de (a) água, (b) um agente emulsificador e (c) um polímero, que é compreendido de unidades repetitivas que são derivadas de (i) um monómero de diolefina conjugada, (ii) um monómero aromático de vinila, (iii) 2-vinilpiridina e (iv) um monómero de aldeído vinílico. A presente invenção descreve ainda um processo para aderência de fibras têxteis sintéticas em borrachas vulcanizáveis por enxofre, compreendendo as etapas de (I) imersão das ditas fibras em uma dispersão aquosa de (1) resorcinol, (2) formaldeído e (3) um látex, que é compreendido de (a) água, (b) um agente emulsificador e (c) um polímero, que é compreendido de unidades repetitivas que são derivadas de (i) um monómero de diolefina conjugada, (ii) um monómero aromático de vinila, (iii) 2-vinilpiridina e (iv) um monómero de aldeído vinílico, para produzir fibras impregnadas; (II) secagem das ditas fibras impregnadas para produzir fibras impregnadas secas; (III) colocação das fibras impregnadas secas em contato com a borracha vulcanizável por enxofre e (IV) cura da borracha vulcanizável por enxofre, enquanto ela está em contato com as ditas fibras impregnadas secas.
