Abstract

"CONJUNTO CAMBIADOR E SUBCONJUNTO DE ALAVANCA DE C‰MBIO PARA O C‰MBIO DE UMA TRANSMISSãO DE UM VEìCULO, CONJUNTO DE ALAVANCA DE C‰MBIO, PROCESSO, APARELHO E SISTEMA DE C‰MBIO". Um sistema de um dispositivo cambiador destinado a efetuar o câmbio da transmissão de um veículo via um cabo do câmbio da transmissão dotado de movimento telescópico é fornecido. O conjunto do dispositivo cambiador inclui uma base, uma alavanca do câmbio dotada de movimento articulado em relação à base, um braço atuador do cabo que de forma a poder articular é anexado à alavanca do câmbio e adaptado para a conexão com vistas à operação ao cabo do câmbio da transmissão, assim como um acoplador destinado a fixar o braço atuador do cabo à alavanca de câmbio em uma posição de ajuste. O acoplador pode ser movido entre uma posição permissível de ajuste, onde uma variação no comprimento do cabo de transmissão pode ser acomodada, assim como uma posição de intertravamento onde o braço atuador do cabo é fixado à alavanca do câmbio. Um atuador manual acionado por ling³eta e situado sobre a alavanca de câmbio é adaptado de forma a engatar-se ao acoplador com vistas a mover o acoplador a partir da posição de instalado para a posição de intertravamento no instante em que o cabo de transmissão encontra-se na posição desejada. Tal conjunto do dispositivo cambiador inclui um dispositivo de trava para estacionamento ou dispositivo de freio-ignição-transmissão-câmbio-intertravamento (BITSI) destinado a controlar o movimento da alavanca de câmbio fora do modo de estacionamento, além disso opcionalmente incluindo um cabo de tração que torna o dispositivo BITSI inoperante até um tempo desejado no decorrer da montagem, tempo no qual o cabo de tração é solicitado a fim de tornar o BITSI operante.
