Aço inoxidável para a elaboração de fio trefilado notadamente o fio de reforço de pneumático e processo de realização desse fio. Processo de elaboração de fio trefilado, notadamente de fio de reforço de pneumático de diâmetro inferior a 0,3 mm por trefilação de um fio máquina de base de um diâmetro superior a 5mm ou de um fio previamente trefilado de base de um aço com a seguinte composição ponderal: - carbono <243> 40.10^ -3^%; - nitrogênio <243> 40.10^ -3^%; o carbono e o nitrogênio satisfazendo a relação C + N <243> 50 10^ -3^%; - 0,2% <243> silício <243> 1,0%; - 0,2 <243> manganês <243> 5%; - 9% < níquel <243> 12%; - 15% <243> cromo <243> 20%; - 1,5% <243> cobre <243> 4%; - enxofre <243> 10.10^ -3^%; - fósforo < 0,050%; -40.10^ -4^% <243> oxigênio total <243> 120.10^ -4^%; - 0,1.10^ -4^% <243> alumínio <243> 20.10^ -4^%; - magnésio <243> 5.10^ -4^%; - 0,1.10^ -4^% <243> cálcio <243> 5.10^ -4^%; - titânio <243> 50.10^ -4^%; impurezas inerentes à fabricação; aço no qual as inclusões de óxidos têm, sob a forma de mistura viscosa, as seguintes proporções ponderais: -30% <243> SiO~ 2~ <243> 65%; - 5% <243> MnO <243> 40%; - 1% <243> CaO <243> 30%; - 0% <243> MgO <243> 10%; - 3% <243> Al~ 2~O~ 3~ <243> 25%; - 0% <243> Cr~ 2~O~ 3~ <243> 10%.
