Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE PLANTAS LEGUMINOSAS (LEGUMINOSAE) TRANSGêNICAS CONTENDO DNA EXóGENO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de plantas leguminosas transgênicas contendo DNA exógeno compreendendo as etapas de introdução de genes exógenos em células do meristema apical de eixos embrionários de plantas leguminosas através do método de biobalística, indução de multibrotação das células na região meristemátia apical modificada na etapa anterior através do cultivo de seus eixos embrionários em um meio contendo um indutor de multibrotação e seleção das células meristemáticas da região apical transformadas através do cultivo ulterior dos referidos eixos embrionários em um meio contendo um agente de seleção.
