The preferred polymer blend has 50% by weight of an alcohol ethoxylate with a 3: 1 ratio of ethoxylate to C11 alcohol, and 25% by weight each of a fatty acid superdiethanolamine with a 1: 1 ratio and a C14 chain fatty acid ethoxylate with a 7: 1 ratio, mixed in phase inversion voltage (55 ° C to 58 ° C).
