<B>PROCESSO PARA FLUIDIFICAçãO DE ALCATRõES<D> Processo para a preparação de uma suspoemulsão de alcatrão aquosa por uma mistura que compreende: a) uma composicão de alcatrão viscosa formada de um alcatrão, de sólidos inorgânicos e, opcionalmente, de água, b) água (W); c) um agente ativo-superficial (SA) apresentando um HLB de pelo menos 410 e, opcionalmente, d) um polímero solúvel em água espessante (TWP) com uma massa molecular maior do que 10.000, as quantidades relativas de constituintes (W), (SA), e opcionalmente (TWP) sendo tais que a viscosidade da mistura (W) + (SA) + (TWP) opcional é preferivelmente igual a ou maior do que a viscosidade do referido alcatrão, e a seguir diluição opcional da mistura obtida com água ou com uma solução acídica aquosa. a aplicação aos resíduos, contendo ácido sulfúrico, resultando da síntese de óleos brancos de frações de petróleo. A presente invenção se refere adicionalmente a um processo para fluidificar alcatrões acídicos/borras compreendendo contatar o alcatrão/borra com ácido sulfúrico e um agente tensoativo. Opcionalmente, um veículo para incorporação do tensoativo no alcatrão/borra pode ser utilizado. Isto fornece um processo eficaz para limpar alcatrões/borras de ácido sulfúrico de recipientes/vasos como recipientes para transporte, tubos e tanques de armazenagem. Preferivelmente, o processo compreende a etapa adicional de regeneração de ácido sulfúrico do alcatrão/borra fluidificado.
