Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO EM COLUNA DE DIREçãO", para veículos automotores, para regulagem do comprimento e/ou altura de inclinação da mesma. O dispositivo possui um tubo de proteção (7) envolvendo uma coluna de direção, ligado movivelmente em união positiva a um trilho-guia (3). O trilho-guia (3) é movível em direção transversal ao tubo de proteção (7). Transversalmente ao tubo de proteção (7) é fixado ao trilho-guia (3) um eixo tubular (9), no qual se aloja um pino que se projeta do tubo de proteção (7). O pino (5) se projeta através de uma região debastada oblonga (23) paralela ao eixo do tubo de proteção, cujas bordas longitudinais (24) são dentadas. Na extremidade interna do pino (5) é previsto um perfil (26) engrenado com as bordas longitudinais (24) através da pressão de pelo menos uma mola (28) pré-tensionada. No eixo tubular (9) é provida movivelmente uma alavanca de acionamento (10), sendo que em seus dois lados, são previstas corrediças (12, 13) em direção de seu eixo e deslocáveis pla movimentação da alavanca de acionamento (10). A primeira corrediça (12) afastada do tubo de proteção (7) está ligada a uma extremidade do eixo (5). A segunda corrediça (13) apresenta, no lado do tubo de proteção (7) pelo menos uma ripa dentada (17), a qual engrena com a ripa dentada (22) fixada a peça de montagem (1) fixa. Na região do tubo de proteção (7) é prevista uma zona de ruptura (31, 33) a qual interrompe a união positiva entre o pino (5) e o tubo de proteção (7) em caso de uma força gerada por colisão.
