Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO DE PRODUZIR UM PERFILADO DE METAL''<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo de produzir novos perfilados metálicos. No novo processo, primeiramente uma ranhura é aberta em um membro de seção por deformação alteradora de microestrutura, a seguir outro membro de seção é colocado na ranhura e aquele material do primeiro membro de seção que está situado no lado da ranhura é transferido para sobre as superfícies de parede lateral do membro de seção inserido por intermédio de pressão a um grau, tal que pelo menos uma junção por encaixe forçado entre os dois membros de seção é realizada na posição de contato. Este processo de afixação alteradora de microestrutura dos membros de seção possiblita produzir perfilados metálicos com virtualmente qualquer geometria desejada e utilizando quaisquer materiais de partida desejados de uma maneira eficiente em termos de custo, as resistências de cuja seção são comparáveis com os perfilados metálicos produzidos de uma meneira previamente conhecida.
