Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE GRâNULOS ENDURECIDOS DE UM MATERIAL EM FORMA DE PARTìCULAS"<D>. Um método para preparação de grânulos endurecidos de um material em forma de partículas que compreende a mistura ao material em forma de partículas um aglutinante inorgânico aquoso, convertendo-se a mistura úmida resultante em grânulos e endurecendo-se tais grânulos, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende os passos de: (i) seleção de um material em forma de partículas compreendendo ingredientes apropriados como matéria-prima ou um agente em um processo químico ou físico selecionado; (ii) onde for aplicável, trazer o material em forma de partículas para uma distribuição de tamanho de partículas apropriada para agregação em grânulos; (iii) composição e mistura de uma mistura compreendendo: o material em forma de partículas; um aglutinante inorgânico aquoso selecionado do grupo consistindo de um aglutinante calcáreo, aglutinante de cimento, cimento hidráulico, cimento Portland, cimento de elevado teor de alumínio, uma mistura de uma fonte de hidróxido de cálcio com uma fonte de sílica, cal, gesso e dolomita; causando um teor de umidade de forma que uma mistura granulável seja obtida; (iv) formação de grânulos; (v) endurecimento de tais grânulos a uma temperatura acima da temperatura ambiente e abaixo da temperatura de ebulição da umidade enquanto evita-se a aglutinação dos grânulos e, onde aplicável, o excesso de umidade dos grânulos é extraído; (vi) retirando-se os grânulos endurecidos na forma de um componente de estoque de alimentação para o referido processo selecionado.
