Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE GOTEJAMENTO PARA ALIMENTAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO LìQUIDA A UMA CAMARA FRIGORìFICA E PROCESSO DE ALIMENTAR UMA COMPOSIçãO LìQUIDA A UMA CAMARA FRIGORìFICA PARA FORMAR CONTAS UNIFORMEMENTE DIMENSIONADAS DE PRODUTO CONGELADO". Um conjunto de gotejamento (10) para alimentar composição líquida (20) a uma câmara frigorífica (12) compreende um tabuleiro (28) munido de uma pluralidade de elementos alimentadores (40) que são configurados para proporcionar descarga regulada da composição líquida (20) do tabuleiro (28) e alimentar a composição líquida (20) ao interior da câmara frigorífica (12) em gotículas uniformemente dimensionadas (38). Os elementos alimentadores (40) individualmente compreendem uma protuberância (44) que está voltada para baixo em relação ao tabuleiro (28). O tabuleiro (28) tem uma parede inferior (30) com uma pluralidade de orifícios (42), cada orifício (42) associado com uma correspondente protuberância (44) . A protuberância (44) tem uma abertura de admissão (48) associada com o correspondente orifícios (42) no tabuleiro (28) e uma abertura de descarga (52) onde gotículas são formadas e descarregadas.
