Abstract
método para a preparação de pxileno através da conversão de biomassa. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação de p-xileno (px) através da conversão de biomassa. o método compreende: (1) em um sistema de múltiplas fases formado por um solvente orgânico, um sal inorgânico e água, através do uso de gás hidrogênio como uma fonte de hidrogênio, produzir uma matéria-prima de biomassa que entra em contato com um catalisador de hidrogenação para a reação e separar o produto obtido para obter uma fase orgânica contendo 2,5-hexanodiona; e (2) produzir a fase orgânica contendo 2,5-hexanodiona obtida na etapa (1) e etileno que entra em contato com um catalisador de peneira molecular para reação para obter px, em que o catalisador de peneira molecular é selecionado de pelo menos uma de uma peneira molecular de aluminofosfato e uma peneira molecular scm-14. o método é simples de operar, possui as vantagens de alta seletividade do produto, boa estabilidade do catalisador, fácil separação do produto, poucas etapas de reação e curto tempo, e alcança uma conversão verde e eficiente de biomassa em px.
