Abstract
dispositivo de remoção a vapor de película de tonalização de automóveis. trata-se de um dispositivo de remoção a vapor de película de tonalização de automóveis que compreende: uma lona de vapor em formato oblongo; uma costura de manga de estrutura de arame na qual uma costura externa da lona de vapor é enrolada e costurada; e um soquete de vapor formado em um lado da lona de vapor; e um corpo principal no qual remates de ajuste de amarração formados em ambas as extremidades de uma amarração de estrutura de arame são puxados para fora através de uma fenda de estrutura superior da costura de manga de estrutura de arame, de modo que sejam cruzados um com o outro, em que um módulo de amarração de estrutura de arame montado com rebites em ambos os lados da lona de vapor em contato com a fenda inclui: um tubo inoxidável de manga de estrutura de arame no qual um furo de amarração é formado no meio do mesmo; uma placa superior de amarração de estrutura de arame que tem um comprimento predeterminado e largura correspondentes ao comprimento e largura do tubo inoxidável de manga de estrutura de arame, que é montada na parte frontal da lona de vapor em uma área em que ambas as extremidades da amarração de estrutura de arame são puxadas para fora de modo cruzado através do interior da costura de manga de estrutura de arame em ambos os lados do furo de amarração; um par de membros de encaixe de fenda afunilados que ressaltam de modo integral no mesmo intervalo que o comprimento do furo de amarração em ambos os lados do rebordo superior da placa superior de amarração de estrutura de arame; sulcos em formato de u formados na borda na superfície traseira da ponta superior dos membros de encaixe de fenda afunilados e na borda inferior na superfície traseira da placa superior de amarração de estrutura de arame; um par de partes de pega formadas na superfície frontal da placa superior de amarração de estrutura de arame; uma placa de cobertura em um formato retangular que tem um tamanho correspondente ao tamanho da superfície traseira da placa superior de amarração de estrutura de arame; e uma pluralidade de furos de rebite que penetram a placa superior de amarração de estrutura de arame e a placa de cobertura em uma linha. a presente invenção aborda a inconveniência da necessidade de redefinir a amarração de estrutura de arame durante uma operação de remoção convencional quando a amarração de estrutura de arame afrouxa ao ponto de a lona de vapor desviar e resultar em um vazamento de vapor. além disso, a presente invenção aprimora produtividade e funções a fim de diminuir o custo de produto, aumenta a conveniência de trabalho, reduz tempo de trabalho e reduz custos de mão de obra.
