Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PURIFICAÇÃO DE GLICOL RECUPERADO A PARTIR DA RECICLAGEM QUÍMICA DE RESÍDUO DE POLIÉSTER. Um processo para purificar etilenoglicol de grau poliéster a partir de etilenoglicol bruto contendo pelo menos um primeiro componente e um segundo componente que têm um ponto de ebulição abaixo do etilenoglicol que inclui (a) fornecer uma corrente de etilenoglicol bruto por despolimerização de tereftalato de polietileno em um processo de reciclagem química; (b) introduzir a corrente de etilenoglicol bruto em uma primeira coluna de destilação para destilar o primeiro componente e remover o primeiro componente do processo; (c) retirar uma primeira corrente da porção inferior da primeira coluna de destilação e alimentar a primeira corrente em uma segunda coluna de destilação para destilar o segundo componente e remover o segundo componente do processo; (d) retirar uma segunda corrente da porção inferior da segunda coluna de destilação e alimentar a segunda corrente em uma terceira coluna de destilação; e (e) recuperar etilenoglicol de grau poliéster da terceira coluna de destilação.
