Abstract
VINHO BRANCO EFERVESCENTE ENGARRAFADO, PROCEDIMENTO DE ELABORAÇÃO, CARVÃO ATIVO ENOLÓGICO E SUSPENSÃO DE CARVÃO ATIVO ENOLÓGICO. A invenção refere-se a um vinho branco espumante engarrafado e ao método de produção do mesmo. O vinho engarrafado contém uma quantidade medida de agente opacificante que não altera as propriedades organolépticas do vinho; referida quantidade medida, adicionada antes do fechamento final da garrafa, consiste em uma suspensão de carvão ativado enológico finamente dividido em um líquido de qualidade alimentar.
