Abstract
BICAMADA DE EPITÉLIO PIGMENTADO DA RETINA E FOTORRECEPTORES E USO DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de produção de uma cultura de bicamada distinta de células epiteliais da retina (RPE) com células fotorreceptoras e/ou células precursoras de fotorreceptores (PR/PRP). Além disso, a invenção refere-se a uma terapia incluindo transplante da bicamada RPE e PR/PRP, bem como a métodos para testar fármacos candidatos usando a bicamada.
