Abstract
composição, estrutura semelhante a tecido biológico, e, método para produzir uma estrutura semelhante a tecido biológico. o propósito da presente invenção é prover um novo método para produzir uma estrutura semelhante a biotecido incluindo as células diferenciadas derivadas de células-tronco pluripotentes. a presente invenção provê um método para formar uma estrutura semelhante a biotecido com vasos sanguíneos derivados de hospedeiro ou tecidos conectivos implantando-se, nos biotecidos, uma composição incluindo o estado no qual as células derivadas de célula-tronco pluripotente estão dispostas após serem dispersadas em um material biocompatível para induzir a diferenciação das células.
