Abstract

"composição de enxerto para a regeneração de tecido neural, método de procuração e usos destes". a presente invenção proporciona uma composição de enxerto biocompatível, biodegradável para regeneração de tecido neural, compreendendo os seguintes componentes; a) uma estrutura em gel formado a partir de uma plaqueta isolada contendo fluido e um agente de ativação compreendendo cloreto de cálcio, com ou sem trombina; b) um fator de crescimento do nervo selecionado a partir de bdnf, ngf, ácido retinóico e combinações destes; e c) uma cultura de pelo menos 50.000 células tronco progenitoras; o método de produção e o uso destes.
