Abstract

AGREGADOS DE CÉLULAS DUPLAS DE EPITÉLIO PIGMENTADO DA RETINA E FOTORRECEPTOR, E MÉTODOS DE USO DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma cultura de agregado de células duplas de células epiteliais da retina e fotorreceptores para uso como uma ferramenta de pesquisa, tal como a triagem de compostos ou modelo para estudo de doenças da retina, bem como uma terapêutica para o tratamento de doenças oculares.
