Abstract

IMPLANTE DE ANCORAMENTO ÓSSEO COM ESTABILIZAÇÃO CORTICAL. A presente invenção se refere a um implante de ancoramento ósseo com estabilização cortical, que compreende uma luva expansível (2) que tem um primeiro rosqueamento (20) dentro e um segundo rosqueamento (21) fora, um corpo helicoidal (1) que tem um perfil externo complementar ao perfil interno da dita luva expansível (2) e uma rosca externa (11) com um passo de rosca invertido do segundo rosqueamento (21), em que a comutação do implante de uma posição de repouso dobrada para uma posição implantada ocorre pelo acionamento das ditas roscas invertidas, causando a penetração do corpo helicoidal (1) para dentro da luva expansível (2) e gerando a expansão radial da dita luva expansível (2) por deformação em uma porção distal, onde na posição implantada, a luva expansível (2) tem um formato frustocônico e a porção proximal do corpo helicoidal (1) inclui um rosqueamento de ancoramento ósseo externo (15) e uma porção frustocônica cujo alargamento é invertido em relação àquele da luva expansível (2) na posição implantada.
