Abstract

haste femoral trocantérica aumentável a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para fixação de ossos que compreende uma haste de fixação de osso estendendo-se a partir de uma extremidade proximal até uma extremidade distal, a extremidade distal tendo uma estrutura helicoidal configurada para engatar um osso, a extremidade proximal tendo uma abertura estendendo-se para seu interior e uma primeira luva configurada para inserção sobre uma porção proximal da haste de fixação de osso e através de um orifício da haste intramedular, a primeira luva permitindo que a haste de fixação de osso se mova axialmente em seu interior dentro de uma faixa predeterminada de movimento juntamente com um parafuso de bloqueio configurado para limitar o movimento da haste de fixação de osso em relação à primeira luva, o parafuso de bloqueio configurado para engatar de maneira travada a abertura na haste de fixação de osso e tendo uma cabeça e um eixo rosqueado que se estende distalmente a partir do mesmo.
