Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE HEPAROSANO E BACTÉRIA DO GÊNERO ESCHERICHIA COM CAPACIDADE DE PRODUÇÃO DE HEPAROSANO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir heparosano com eficiência ao aperfeiçoar uma capacidade de produção de heparosano por meio de modificação genética de uma bactéria do gênero Escherichia que tem capacidade de produção de heparosano. A presente invenção refere-se a uma bactéria do gênero Escherichia que tem uma modificação genética que aumenta uma expressão de um gene kpsS e que tem capacidade de produção de heparosano; a um método para produção de heparosano utilizando a bactéria.
