Abstract

PROCESSO PARA DESODORIZAÇÃO DE PÉLETES DE POLIOLEFINA RECICLADOS. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para desodorização de péletes de poliolefina reciclados (23) em três etapas: em uma primeira etapa, os péletes úmidos (23) são colocados em contato com um gás inerte circulante a uma temperatura entre 110 °C e 160 °C em um desabsorvedor de vapor (11), e o vapor é precipitado em um coletor de condensado (29). Em uma segunda etapa, os péletes (23) são enviados para um silo de vácuo (13) sob pressão negativa e colocados em contato com um gás que flui em contracorrente. Em uma terceira etapa, depois do silo de vácuo (13), os péletes (23) são enviados para um primeiro trocador de calor (15) e colocados em contato com o gás que flui em contracorrente a partir da segunda etapa.
