Abstract
Un procedimiento para la utilización del calor en la reformación de vapor que incluye una unidad de conversión de alta temperatura, un primer intercambiador térmico y posteriormente un precalentador del agua de alimentación de la caldera, un intercambiador térmico del condensado de producto y un evaporador de baja presión, un trayecto de enfriamiento en el que el gas de proceso se enfría más y se genera una corriente de condensado, la cual se hace pasar a través de cuando menos una unidad para el procesamiento adicional del gas de proceso resultante. Además una corriente de agua desionizada, una unidad de tratamiento de agua, siendo que una primera parte de la corriente de agua de alimentación de la caldera se hace pasar por el evaporador de baja presión y el vapor de baja presión generado se divide y una primera corriente parcial del mismo se hace pasar por la unidad de tratamiento de agua para la transferencia del calor y una segunda corriente parcial del vapor de baja presión se hace pasar por cuando menos un consumidor. Una segunda parte de la corriente de agua de alimentación de la caldera se hace pasar por un intercambiador térmico y uno o varios precalentadores del agua de alimentación de la caldera y finalmente por la generación de vapor. La corriente de condensación del trayecto de enfriamiento se hace pasar por el intercambiador térmico del condensado de producto a través de una unidad para la elevación de la presión.
