resumo processo e aparelho trata-se de um processo descrito para inicialização e/ou desligamento de uma usina para a preparação de ácido nítrico de amônia e gás oxigênio pelo processo de pressão única ou pressão dupla, em que a amônia usada é oxidada por meio de ar de processo comprimido sobre um catalisador, em que o dito ar de processo foi comprimido em pelo menos um compressor (6), em que o gás nitroso formado pela combustão é resfriado em um ou mais refrigeradores de gás de processo (3) equipados com bobinas de tubo para um meio de refrigeração e em um ou mais preaquecedores de gás de alimentação (2) equipados com bobinas de tubo para um meio de refrigeração e o gás nitroso resfriado é subsequentemente absorvido pelo menos parcialmente por água, formando ácido nítrico e o gás residual não absorvido se expande em pelo menos uma turbina de gás residual (11) para a finalidade de recuperação de trabalho de compressor. no processo, um gás de processo que flui através do refrigerador de gás de processo (3) e do preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2) durante a inicialização e/ou o desligamento da usina de ácido nítrico é aquecido no refrigerador de gás de processo (3) e/ou no preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2) carregando-se pelo menos uma das bobinas de tubo no refrigerador de gás de processo (3) e/ou no preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2) com um meio de aquecimento e o gás de processo aquecido é guiado através de pelo menos um trocador de calor (5, 4) conectado a jusante do refrigerador de gás de processo (3) e/ou do preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2), a fim de transferir energia térmica do gás de processo aquecido para o gás residual que é abastecido para a pelo menos uma turbina de gás residual (11). também é descrito um aparelho para realizar o processo de acordo com a invenção que compreende pelo menos um compressor de ar (6), pelo menos um refrigerador de gás de processo (3), pelo menos um preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2) e pelo menos uma turbina de gás residual (11), em que o refrigerador de gás de processo (3) e o preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2) compreendem bobinas de tubo (18, 19, 20, 24), sendo que pelo menos uma das bobinas de tubo está conectada a uma fonte para um meio de aquecimento, de modo que a pelo menos uma das bobinas de tubo no refrigerador de gás de processo (3) e/ou no preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2) possa ser carregada durante a inicialização e/ou desligamento do aparelho com o meio de aquecimento para aquecer o gás de processo que flui através do refrigerador de gás de processo (3) e do preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2) e em que pelo menos um trocador de calor (5, 4) está conectado a jusante do refrigerador de gás de processo (3) e/ou do preaquecedor de água de alimentação (2) a fim de transferir energia térmica do gás de processo aquecido para o gás residual que é abastecido para a turbina de gás residual (11). essas medições e aparelhos podem evitar de modo eficaz o congelamento da turbina de gás residual. 1/2
