Abstract
PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE BORRACHA. A invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de uma composição de borracha que compreende mais de 50 phr de um elastômero diênico rico em unidades etileno, uma carga reforçadora que compreende um negro de fumo e um sistema de vulcanização que compreende enxofre, uma sulfenamida a título de acelerador primário e um polissulfeto de tiuramo ou uma mistura de um polissulfeto de tiuramo e de uma guanidina a título de acelerador secundário, processo que compreende a misturação do elastômero diênico fortemente saturado, da carga reforçadora e do acelerador secundário por malaxagem a uma temperatura superior a 110°C, na ausência do enxofre e do acelerador primário, a incorporação do enxofre e do acelerador primário na composição de borracha por malaxagem a uma temperatura inferior a 110°C. O processo permite reduzir a histerese das composições de borracha vulcanizadas.
