Abstract

MÉTODO PARA CARREGAR MATÉRIA-PRIMA NO ALTO-FORNO. É fornecido um método para carregar matéria-prima em um alto-forno que permite a formação de camadas de minério de mistura de coque para garantir a permeabilidade ao gás no forno e manter a alta reatividade de redução. O método de carregamento de matéria-prima em um alto-forno no qual uma mistura de minério e coque misturado é carregada no alto-forno em dois ou mais lotes separados por meio do uso de um equipamento de carregamento sem cone com uma calha de carregamento inclui classificar o minério de grão grosso minério e minério de grão fino com diâmetro médio de grão menor que o minério de grão grosso, misturando o minério de grão grosso com o coque de mistura para preparar o minério de grão grosso misturado com coque e misturando o minério de grão fino com o coque de mistura para preparar minério de grão fino misturado com coque; e carregar, pelo menos em um primeiro lote, a totalidade ou parte do minério de grão grosso misturado com coque no alto-forno inclinando a calha de carregamento a partir de uma posição mais próxima de um centro do alto-forno do que um ponto médio entre o centro de o alto-forno e uma parede do alto-forno na direção radial do alto-forno em direção à parede do alto-forno.
