Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE DEPÓSITOS DE SOLDA E DEPÓSITO DE SOLDA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de um depósito de solda em uma chapa metálica (1) com as seguintes etapas: a) uma chapa metálica (1) tem um lado superior (2) e um lado inferior (3), sendo que, em uma primeira etapa, através de repuxamento profundo, uma depressão (6) é feita no lado superior (2); b) em seguida, um colar saliente em relação ao lado superior (2) é produzido na depressão (6) através de deformação de material da chapa metálica (1); c) em seguida, o colar é comprimido, pelo menos parcialmente, na direção da depressão (6), de modo que uma área de seção transversal de uma desembocadura da depressão (6) é reduzida.
