Abstract

CLASSIFICADOR ÓPTICO. Trata-se do fornecimento de um classificador óptico que pode detectar matérias granulares defeituosas, matérias estranhas e similares entre objetos a serem classificados com alta precisão e melhorar o desempenho da classificação. É fornecido um classificador óptico incluindo uma calha disposta de forma inclinada de modo que os objetos a serem classificados fluam para baixo, uma unidade de detecção óptica configurada para detectar os objetos a serem classificados em uma posição de detecção e uma unidade ejetora configurada para classificar e remover os objetos a serem classificados com base em um resultado de detecção obtido pela unidade de detecção óptica. A unidade de detecção óptica inclui uma unidade de iluminação configurada para iluminar a posição de detecção e uma unidade de imagem configurada para criar imagens dos objetos a serem classificados na posição de detecção. A calha é dotada de uma fenda de detecção óptica que cruza ortogonalmente uma direção de fluxo descendente dos objetos a serem classificados.
