Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE HIDROCARBONETOS SINTÉTICOS A PARTIR DE BIOMASSA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de hidrocarbonetos sintéticos a partir de uma matéria-prima de biomassa. O processo envolve eletrólise de água em um eletrolisador para produzir oxigênio e hidrogênio, uso do oxigênio gerado para gaseificar uma matéria-prima de biomassa sob condições de reação de oxidação parcial para gerar um syngas pobre em hidrogênio, adicionar pelo menos uma porção do hidrogênio gerado ao syngas pobre em hidrogênio para formular syngas rico em hidrogênio, que é reagido em um reator Fischer-Tropsh (FT) para produzir os hidrocarbonetos sintéticos e água. Pelo menos uma porção da água produzida na reação FT é reciclada para uso na etapa de eletrólise, e usando opcionalmente calor gerado da reação FT para secar a matéria-prima de biomassa.
