Abstract

PROCESSO MELHORADO PARA A RECUPERAÇÃO DE ZINCO A PARTIR DE MATÉRIAS-PRIMAS PORTANDO ZINCO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo melhorado para recuperar zinco a partir de matérias-primas primárias e secundárias, o referido processo compreendendo uma primeira etapa de lixiviação, em que a razão entre o peso de zinco contido na matéria-prima e o volume da solução de lixiviação é de pelo menos 20 kg de zinco por m3 de solução aquosa ácida; uma etapa de neutralização; e um estágio de extração por solvente na presença de agente de extração orgânico, em que a temperatura é mantida de 47 a 52 ºC.
