Abstract
PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE 1,3-BUTADIENO A PARTIR DE UMA CARGA COMPREENDENDO ETANOL. A invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de 1,3-butadieno a partir de uma carga rica em etanol, isto é, na qual o etanol representa mais de 50% do peso total dessa carga, compreendendo pelo menos: A) uma etapa de conversão de pelo menos essa carga rica em etanol e do efluente etanol oriundo da etapa B de separação em um efluente de conversão, compreendendo majoritariamente o 1,3-butadieno, a água e o etileno, e um efluente hidrogênio, operando a uma pressão compreendida entre 0,1 e 1,0 MPa, a uma temperatura compreendida entre 300 e 500°C em presença de pelo menos um catalisador; B) uma etapa de separação de pelo menos esse efluente de conversão oriundo de A e o efluente de hidratação oriundo de C em pelo menos um efluente etanol, um efluente butadieno, um efluente água e um efluente etileno; C) uma etapa de hidratação de etileno alimentada pelo menos por esse efluente etileno e/ou esse efluente água oriundos da etapa B de separação, a fim de produzir um efluente de hidratação que compreende o etanol, esse efluente de hidratação sendo em seguida reciclado em direção à etapa B de separação.
