Abstract
método de purificação para matéria-prima biológica. a presente invenção se refere a um método para purificação de matéria-prima biológica (70), em particular reduzindo ou removendo compostos contendo nitrogênio da mesma, e a um aparelho para o mesmo. o método compreende submeter a matéria-prima (70) a uma primeira etapa de separação (80) para obter uma primeira fração (90) compreendendo ácidos graxos livres e compostos contendo nitrogênio e coletar o resíduo (85) compreendendo acilgliceróis. a primeira fração (90) é reagida com acilglicerol (100) para obter acilgliceróis do ácido graxo livre na mesma. essa fração é ainda submetida a uma segunda etapa de separação (120) para obter uma segunda fração (125) compreendendo compostos contendo nitrogênio, a qual é dispensada como produto de resíduo. os resquícios (130) da segunda etapa de separação (120) contendo os acilgliceróis formados são coletados.
